Welcome Bonus

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

- Player request — self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily, or who wish to activate self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes, may do so at any time by contacting the tk99tk support team at . Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.
